2nd week! 9lbs. GONE (TOTAL for two weeks)!! Same as first week, had to check 4 times! Can't believe it. I bumped down the calorie restriction from 1500 to ABOUT 1300 for the second week. I can live with that. LOVE zero point recipes!!! I ate 5 pieces of Valentine candy tho. Counted it as breakfast..haha...won't be doing it everyday tho...special occasion! Hope everyone had a special V-day!!

Did you ended up on a deficit while eating some candy today?

Rosio19...no....made total today with 5 calories to spare! Did not eat great today...special occasion day. Already planned my meals for the next 3 work days...fri, sat and sun. Low calorie, zero point snacks. Will be happy at next weigh in for 1 to 2 pound loss- normal. Thanks for asking!

You are understanding the game, that’s the hardest part 😬.

Ok tomorrow if you gain weight it will be water 💧 U cannot gain fat on a deficit. you can most definitely gain water weight, cause weight fluctuates, it is normal and unavoidable. 👍🏻 Keep that in mind and accept it, it will bring you peace ✌️

Thanks so much for the input! I am getting a grasp after all these years! Haha. It's not a diet, but a healthy way of eating and a splurge now and again. I have NEVER had a weight loss where I kept it off. Sooo tired of that.

1300 calories is a good place to start I personally don’t do weight watchers or any one else’ Diet eat healthy calorie count and you will be fine
