Well, I've been considering, I've been taking Collagen +C and hyaluric acid supplements since the beginning of December. I started taking them to aid in my skin, hair and nail growth along with my joints. It did seem to help my hip not be as sore. Since then I've added 10 pounds. Now I know it was the holidays but there were a few times when I went a week or two without alcohol, which always has me dropping 5 - 7 pounds by week end but it didn't do it this time. So I've finished the supplements and have decided to go without and see if I can lose weight when I watch what I eat and exercise.

I have been exercising 3 - 4 times a week for two weeks now and I hope to keep that up. It's a roller coaster trying to fit in time to exercise when I have two kids running in different directions half the days. I am not a morning person so exercising in the morning is only when I absolutely cannot fit it in the afternoon. I already am up at 5:30 to get to work by 7, any earlier and I may be down a kid or husband by night's end, I get so tired and cranky getting up earlier then that. :-)
