Same old... pretty good until the weekend. Made it to the gym this week more than normal. On Saturday realized body a little tired. I don't want to overdue it. Feeling good today.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
