After a weekend of overdoing everything, especially on Saturday, I’m glad that I didn’t gain. Keeping motivated with my new Fitbit and walking at our local Rec-Plex is helping a lot. But I sure had the biggest sweet tooth this weekend and loved all the carbs I chowed... I have to be aware of this behavior; so often in the past it’s what caused me to gain so much weight. I love bread, chocolate, and pretty much all carbs and sweets. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to leave them alone. I’m telling myself moderation is key, but I know I have a little self-control and I’m either all or nothing it seems.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can link the FitBit to FatSecret, so your calories burned automatically show up here and you no longer have to log daily activity. It's very helpful! You can do it through the app, at least on the iPhone or iPad app. Not sure if it has rolled out to the current Android version yet.
