The first day is the return of intermittent fasting with low carb high fat diet. After a break of two weeks. It is difficult at first to know and feel this. I started fasting for ten hours. But I feel hungry and want to eat nescafe and toast😅. I know this feeling will go after several hours💪. Happy Wednesday Fs community💞💕💞💕
68 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

After a 16-hour fast, I took a bulletproof coffee with raw cocoa, then an hour, then a few servings of carp and high in healthy fats. And the intermittent fast returns😄
