way too much Superbowl festivities. and then I really over did it

Less than three pounds above your January low, though. You can fix that pretty quick. Like the Nike commercial: Just Do It! But, I know pain is an issue; how's that going?

Feeling a bit better. Thank you for asking. Started yoga for neck pain. It's good. Also restarted using massage gizmo in car. Feels like it helps. Planning to see chiropractor today. Although I may miss due to work issue that popped up. Off to the gym. Have a great day, wishing you all the best. Steve
