This week my daily average was 2,618. (3,270 extra calories) I have been eating 1,700 calories daily to maintain my weight.

Maintaining is just as hard as losing the weight.

Yes, it is forever :)

It's not, we can not eat all the calories we want and still maintain the weight, it's why it's called lifestyle or forever diet.

I am 5'0" tall too 😁. Sometimes I can't eat too much either. The thing is that I am eating food really dense in calories and you are eating low calorie foods

Oops keyten77 I forgot that you are on the other end of the spectrum, but I get what you mean. It is MISERAVLE for me to overeat in a single meal. You may have to consistently insert a healthy snack like a couple of dates, and maybe make yourself a 100 calorie pack of a mixture of nuts like edamame, walnut, almonds and even garbonzo bean nuts.

I would add protein like canned tuna or salmon with some sour cream and mayo dressing

You can totally gain weight eating healthy food. It doesn't have to be sugary to get you there. I am a testament to the fact. I didn't get fat eating cake and cookies. I got fat eating mashed potatoes, biscuits with gravy, corn on the cob, baked beans, good 'ole southern fried chicken, etc. etc. You can do it...those tiny bellies will expand...good luck to you - for keeping it in check once you get it expanded. I truly wish I had your problem...even for just a week or two...

Oh yeah! I totally love my potatoes, sweet potatoes, gravy!!! No matter which way I went I chose wrong lol. Ice Cream or Gravy...I'll take two of each!!!

Diggity.....eating mashed potatoes, gravy, and fried chicken sounds pretty stinking good. But alas, some stir fry with cabbage, peppers, onion, and shredded ribeye is on the agenda. Eat them fries Keilin! Dang you.

Haha, terrapin I eat fried food sometimes, mostly on the weekends, what I am eating too much are sweets, cakes, sweet bread, chocolate, etc.

Keyten77 you don't need to eat fried food to maintain or gain a little bit of weight. You can add to your list avocados, dried nuts, mangoes, bananas, olive oil, etc.

*also Chicken wins, chicken legs. * I eat the food I eat because it's what I love. I need to buy fish oil pills though, because I don't like fish.

Your stomach has adapted to that amount, if you truly don’t need more and your healthy than I would not change anything
04 Feb 19 by member: rosio19
Only when you are miserable eating that amount is when it’s an issue
04 Feb 19 by member: rosio19
I would rather be obese than to only eat 1200 calories a day 😬

Keyten77 I don't know what else to tell you about your small stomach, I mean if you think you can live eating like that for the rest of your life, that's fine. 😊

I eat more because I love food too much. And I am surrounded by calorie dense food.
