AM weigh in. 10 hrs fasted but stopping there. 7 hrs sleep. Carbs & sodium got me again. Going to be a hard week to turn around. I will fast all day tomorrow until night and go to gym Saturday am.
128.5 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
