I actually don't use only diet method .

I don't eat white foods
I eat high fiber like 50g up
I follow my own diet eat up to 1500 calorie + every day sport more than 45 min.
I eat Mediterranean style like i use olive oil and seldom sesame oil
I eat 3 main meal + 3 small mail (fruits,nuts,seeds etc)
I also care dr. Mehmet Oz diet ideas he is also like Mediterranean life style eating.
I drink water more than 2 liter less than 3 liter every day
I drink mulberry tea ,sufflower tea, grean tea, 1-2 times a day
I eat goji berry ever day 2 tablespoon more than 28 gr.(human need at list 20 gr for protect body )
I eat honey every day 1 tablespoon
I eat beans ever day
I eat greens and salads every day 2-3 times a day
I eat or try to eat mushroom every 2 days or more
I eat or try to eat fish every 2 days
I eat chicken 2-3 times a week
I eat very seldom red meat 1 day a week or less.
I eat every day fruit 2-3 times a day
I eat and select negative calorie foods, low GL index foods ,high fiber foods

This style not for diet actually this is control my kilos and I allow for my life style .

My new target is lost 5-6 kilos a month with sport and diet .
If i can not rich my lost for weekly I can also make 2-3 day pineapple diet or mixed with pineapple .
89.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
