Well damn it! Lol 🤷‍♀️ I drank a lot of water yesterday. Ended the day feeling a bit dizzy. But I ate well and got a good workout in so I’m not concerned just hate seeing it go up and down 🙃
69.6 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I kinda figured it could be up today after lifting so heavy yesterday. I was pretty sore this morning. I stretched my arms a bit but didn’t lift again until the evening. I made sure I ate enough yesterday too (drank a lill too much water) I haven’t been meeting my calorie goals. Gonna have to start drinking some protein lol

Yes, the better macro for energy. Do it. As a weight lifter, chase the better image rather than a goal weight. My two cents.
