Up a little from cheat day and long bike ride day. Still in the green today though, and muscles are sore all over!

Did a 22 mile hour and a half bike ride this AM.

Had breakfast with wifey, and ate quite a bit! Just had a grilled cheese for lunch. Eating a lot today too, must be all that biking! Its all good.

Schoolwork time! Lots to do before tomorrow. Gotta keep this short.
93.2 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The exercise you have chosen is just great! And you are going further and hsrder in intensity building muscle - so that is likely some of the increse in scale.You certainly are pedaling enough to burn off your indulgence days...
