Starting intermittent fasting day 2. Gain a little bit of water weight back from the fat fast. Almost ate a Costco sample, but spit it back out after two chews. Lol!
57.3 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
