FBS this morning 181 (way too high) no obvious reason. Morning weigh-in 215, down 2 pounds. Blood sugar so high for morning read concerns me because my protein macros were low yesterday only 14% from goal of 24%. That means after 15 hours of fasting BS is about 50 points higher than I was expecting.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe the sugar in your coffee? although not sure if you had that in the evening or not.

No sugar, but I did have 5 drops of liquid Stevia in my coffee last night. Maybe I’m coming down with something. I did have chills all afternoon today. Be interesting to see what tomorrow brings.
