I see your scales are being stubborn, theVeggieCrusador! Don't worry over the slight ups and downs you'll see when you weigh every day. They used to REALLY frustrate me. If I'd LOST, I'd think, "Oh, I'm LOSING, I can reward myself by EATING ______ (fill in the blank). If I had gained, I'd think, "I put in all this effort being good and THIS is the reward I get!" So, I'd get depressed and EAT. Don't fall into that trap! You've lost over 2-1/2 pounds in the last WEEK! That's phenomenal progress! Keep up the great work!
