Bad day yesterday! Day after party and I had major fall from grace! Not sure how to proceed. Not hungry right now. Might wait till I feel hunger before first meal. Going back to basics. Going to keep meals simple, simple, simple. Went up 4 lbs. over weekend, blood sugar up to 160 this morning. This binge snuck up on me. I aced the party and totally crashed the day after! Live & learn. Today I’m back and determined as ever to see this through. My health depends on this!
98.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is not a biggie at all. You can have an off day and not lose the plot on the diet. the 4lbs is just water you are retaining from having carbs. They come off very fast. Drink lots of water today and go back to normal schedule. No harm will come from this what so ever.
