Finally getting my focus on after the holiday burnout. Couldn’t figure out why I was having daily issues with heart palpitations and flips and aching. Saw many Drs , had all the tests, no one could find anything, finally after praying for an answer I got the idea I should take vit c , iron, and thyroid supplements in the morning and B complex, B 1 and B 12 in afternoon. Right from day 1 I felt the difference and feeling really good each day. I do throw in an Adrenal support somewhere in my day as well. My energy is back. So I’m Thanking God for an answer as I was getting worn down and quite stressed over it. And... weight is coming down too. 🤗
72.2 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
