It has been a rough week. My weight has been all over the place (even more than usual). I've had several people here and a dietician trying to help and giving some great suggestions! Thank you all so much, I appreciate even the stuff I can't use right now...I might be able to use it later so I store it all away!! Getting better at walking, I can now walk 4 blocks 2 times a week without killing myself. I still have to take pain meds first but...it's a start. I got my doctor onboard with the idea and he is now going to prescribe enough at a time that I can do that. At this point he just wants me to be able to do anything lol. I started wearing my watch again, it tracks my steps as well as my phone but is harder to put down and walk away from as it is strapped to me lol. I have actually been walking more than I thought which is good. But that also means that walking as much as I have been isn't enough...sort of some good news, bad news bull@#$# so...I have to try to get out 3 days a week starting this week. We'll see. I started seeing a therapist a while back and she has sent in a tentative diagnosis (I am trying to get on SS-Disability and have been denied twice so...off to the lawyers I went), she is somewhat new so the diagnosis is very tentative but she is definitely leaning towards C-PTSD. Not sure if any of you guys have heard of this or been diagnosed?? Any info would be appreciated as well as any coping strategies...I don't know. I googled it but it seems very heavy on the symptoms and pretty light on ideas. Let me know guys, I would love to hear. And if you don't want to comment you can PM me for privacy. Promise I won't give you away in later comments!
