So we started down this Whole30 path. without a doubt one of the tougher plans to go on...but the rewards are awesome. down 20lbs in 20 days...
117.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
