A 1-lb weight loss without having done anything special for it. How cool is that!

I made some chocolate fudge with coconut cream (it looked more like coconut milk when I opened the can), because I could not find avocadoes at my usual grocery store, as avocadoes are not in season now. It is so good, except that I have to keep it in the freezer. It melts quickly when kept in the fridge.

Why the mention of avocadoes: I tried once a recipe of chocolate truffles with avocadoes and coconut oil (I think it is from the Diet Doctor website) and the truffles could be easily kept in the fridge without them melting.

EDIT: A few months ago, there was some kind of bug in the FS website that did not allow me to change my goal weight. I just tried it again today and it worked! My goal is to reach a BMI of 25 (around 152 lbs for my height). Not reaching it is not a deal-breaker, as health is always my #1 priority.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great idea. Because I like to drink my avocados I am using frozen right now. They work fine

chocolate is one of my favorite food groups 😊 they sound yummy, even if they're melty.
