I just can't get back to losing. I'm doing my normal stuff no major changes but just can't get back on track. With my stomach growling a lot you think I would be losing. Lol It's so frustrating. I didn't do water like I planned though so this week I'm going to make sure I do that and try exercising too. If that doesn't work maybe I need to cut more calories during the week .
45.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You do not weigh a lot. What is a healthy weight for your height?

@liv001 I'm 4'8" . BMI says anywhere from 83 to 111 is normal but thinking 95 is a good weight though . Was maintaining but started gaining around July last year. I'm not sure if calories are too low during the week and my body has gotten use to it . I haven't changed my WOE but still having a hard time losing again. I do consume more on weekend but I've been doing that for years and got down to 92

@keyten77 I think I would like me if I looked like Olive Oil lol but I that much weight loss would be unhealthy and I would still have skin issues too
