Came back from J. Did not get 10 lb, to my great surprise. It feels like my weight got stable at 180. However this is not where i want it to be. I feel better at 170 or less.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
