AM weigh in. 10+ hrs fasted but on break. 10 hrs sleep. Went out last night with friends, drank too much, ate too much. Taking it easier today with lower carbs. Maybe gym if possible.
130.1 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
