AM weigh in, should have been PM weigh in. 6 hrs sleep, should have been 12+. Sitter is sick I will be staying up for 24+ hrs. Fasted 6 hrs. Gym yesterday, small depletion workout.
129.2 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes I had a good streak there until the beer and carbs. I'll get plenty of sleep tomorrow I'll see what happens 👍

I made it past 16hrs fasted and ate about 1000 calories of chicken and eggs 😂
