Scale moved a tad but I feel FANTASTIC from the gym these past three days. Def NSV!!!

91.8 kg Lost so far: 44.3 kg. Still to go: 10.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
