Slight gain. Not a lot of difference in eating/activity with last week.
Still trying to figure out why my digital scale always has a reading of 1-3 extra pounds compared to my standard scale. It may be because my standard scale is not calibrated - I have to adjust it a bit past the 0 so that the reading gets close to my digital one. Besides, I think I am better off selecting the highest number.
Very cold, but very sunny. Sad weekend for the families of the OC Transpo (Ottawa transit) users who died or were injured yesterday afternoon at rush hour. My thoughts are with them. It is also sad that another OC Transpo tragic accident occurred a few years ago, but this time in the morning rush hour.
