به موقعیت وزنی سال قبل خیلی نزدیک شدم. امروز 22 دی ماه سال 1397 هستش. باید وضعیت جسمی خودم را خیلی سریع بهبود بدهم. این شرایط اصلا رضایت بخش نیست 😐
