Not a good weigh in but I know I didn't drink enough water this week so I guess. 4 gain isn't too bad. I'm going to try for a lot more and see if it helps next week's weigh in.
45.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
