Still trying a mix of low carb diet with some of the GI diet I did in the past. My 1/2c of orange juice, water & crystal light iced tea have been enough for me during the day. I don't feel hungry, so trying to wait until I'm hungry before I eat. So basically having only one meal a day, dinner (supper).
Last night it was after 9pm when I ate supper. I fried 2 eggs in a tbsp. butter & had with it 2 breakfast sausages & 5 cherry tomatoes. I had made Basmati rice pudding & canned peaches two nights ago. This recipe is from Rick Gallup's green light GI diet book. I made enough for 8 servings, so I had one serving of that & 1 square of dark chocolate. For a snack in the middle of the night (because I'm a night owl) I had a sm handful of mixed nuts.
I love that I'm not hungry & hope this feeling continues.
For supper tonight, I've made pork shoulder blade chops in the slow cooker with mushrooms, onions & cr of celery soup (& 1/2can of milk). I'll have this with boiled cauliflower.
108.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
