Your carbs and calories look perfect. If you work out with your weights at home 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week, you should have everything you desire :)

Very happy to be Back in the 150s! Maybe I’ll get down to the 140s by the end of the month. I’m in no rush though. Developing a workout routine is more important. 💪💪💪 I am determined to get a work out in this weekend!

Nice job!! I wish I could get out of the 160's. Been in the 160's way too long (3 months). I don't know what to do...Ugh! But you are doing fantastic!!

Are you on keto Koolbeans? I went back on. Which is why I’m losing again 🙃 Switching up your diet or exercise plan might help. When I’m ready I’ll start fasting again too. I.F. made a big difference for me. The only reason I’m not doing it yet is because I don’t want to drop my calories too low. But I enjoy it. Makes life easier.

Yes I have been since April. I went off Keto for 5 days over Christmas hoping that that would jump start it when I returned to it. I went up 6 lbs. and have lost it since but can't get past 163. I F has always been in my plan. It's just frustrating.
