Wow, will I ever really get down 28 lbs.
Certainly hope so but so very hard - why do I have to love food so much
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Daniii96 what is ig? Only 31/2 lbs in 2 weeks does not seem like a very good weight loss. I know I probably eat all the wrong foods but I’m really strict on the portions & the proper weight of all my foods. Just have to be patient I guess. I’ll try to stay positive cuz I really need to do this. I know I’ll feel better at a lower weight
