Didn’t you lift weights yesterday? Not unexpected to be up some the next day. Just stay on course and wait; your plan has worked very well in the past.

Lifted and did PT yesterday. Did another hour of exercise at 5 am this morning before work. Ate super healthy until end of dinner....then fell off the wagon and had desert, a lot of desert. I know better. This month needs to be about eating smart and reestablishing healthy habits that I'd maintained for 35 years since college. I really need to turn the tide. No excuses. Thanks for support.
