Reading Volumetrics. So far of the countless books I read on weight loss and fad diets, this has been the only approach that makes sense. It is based on a long-term study (Penn State) and deals with Calorie Density. In other words, the biggest portion of food with the least amount of calories.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
