had to turn on heat for the first time last night.fall is here.

as far as the weigh in,i just dont know.174 had to be a booboo.i weighed myself a few hrs. after yesterdays outburst and it was 170 again.i know green coffee bean extract isnt that great.4lbs. an hr. i will dissapear next month.

the pill update.i take 3 pills at a time per day.dont like the way that makes me feel.so going to spread them out.i have a stupid question maybe somebody can help me with.seving size is 3 pills.directions adult dose 3 times a day.heres my question.should i take 3 or 9 a day?they kinda make me feel jittery and irritable.or that could just be me.i take them after breakfast.the feeling doesnt last too long but today i want to take one after each meal.its really just a matter of memory.i take all my meds in morning cus i wont remember to take this or that one at night.

well thats my report.more energy,dont recommend 3 at once.will change that today.weight loss but i am eatting right and exercising.day 3.oh and if anyone can help with the dose i would be grateful.have a terrific tuesday.
