We got 7 boxes of biscuits and 4 boxes of chocolates at Christmas- chocolates all gone, 5 boxes of biscuits now packed away. I went to the doctor on Thursday and saw that my BMI is now 29, very please about that.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
