Day one of the Whole30 wasn't bad, but I still struggle with that ravenous desire to eat after 5-6pm. Not sure how to deal with that one yet... Also very tired.
125.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you will adjust after a while. and sometimes a little more healthy fats will satisfy hunger

Might try some bone broth w veg leftovers in early evening for that.
