About to start day 3 of keto. Been losing a lot of water weight so wanted to see how much I lost. This is encouraging! I've never seen a drop on the scale when I tried to lose weight before and I know it's just water weight but damn if it doesn't feel good!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No. I still feel a bit tired and I can't workout to my usual extent yet. I still have keto flu but it's not getting to me as bad as I thought so maybe I will be in ketosis soon! A week is my goal.

Yeah. I get in ketosis on day 4. Before that I may be a bit lightheaded and cold. I really can tell that energy is coming back and appetite is lowering when ketosis hits. Make sure to do fats, minerals and just take care of yourself. Getting into keto is stage one
