HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 144% of my calorie goal, mostly due to celebratory snacking and drinking. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .5% since Sunday and is out of range. Last year it took more than a month to get back to my pre-holiday weight and body fat. My current goal is to get back on track quicker than last year...
