Weighed myself on Christmas Eve, I had put on 6lbs!! This is with having the flu and rushing round trying to get ready for Christmas. I weighed myself today and was delighted to find I'd lost 3lbs, back on the eating watching tomorrow.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
