Well, I was up 4lbs the day after Christmas. Now I’m down .2 🤷🏼‍♀️ We really can have a few fun days and still not gain. I didn’t log anything and stuffed my face. Back at my workouts and deficit. Feeling so much better. I really prefer to not feel soooo full.
