There’s that gain I expected 😉. Still have 1# that I can gain this month and be at goal lol. I received a compliment on my weight loss and was asked about it. I pushed FS heavily! There was talk of Keto and Atkins. She’s gluten free for health and dairy is now affecting her so it’s meat and veggies right now and a potato every now and then. I was very excited to tell her all about the app and the wonderful people here. Hopefully I can introduce her soon!
