happy holiday's to all. back on the atkins.. trying to hang in there. staying away from breads, pastas, rice potatoes. always looking for suggestions for seeet snacks i love oatmeal for that one reason but its a bit "carby" but i eat it for the fiber.. only been about 10 days, not much loss, but i k ow this works, lost 26 lbs this year.. slow but efficient. all in all every story gives me hope. have a great week FS fam. 🎄🎅
