Well the Christmas food is getting to me already and still have a week to go. Once it is done I will be pushing hard. Drop the calorie intake to almost nothing and start hard training again for 3 months. If I can’t lose 9 pounds in those 3 months, then I know it’s a medical issue. According to my calorie deficits. I should of lost about 11 pounds in the past 3 and a half months. Instead I have only lost about 5 pounds.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
