Haven’t posted in a while (too busy reading Jimmy Moore’s book, Keto Connection). What a wealth of information! Fasting blood sugar, 115, for me that’s incredible! Weighed in today at 219 (same for last few days), but for me it’s wonderful being below 220, I’ve been stuck above 220 for months! I can hardly wait to see my doctor next week to have my A1C checked. I have been out of town for a month now and I have actually lost weight. My 30 day blood sugar average has dropped from 180 to 135 since I started Keto on Nov. 3rd. That’s about the time I started paying attention to your posts and I got serious about Keto. I wish I had paid attention sooner, I might not have gotten Keto flu! I
