Although my weigh in only reflects a .2 loss I have actually lost 10 pounds ... again. One day I truly will say bye bye to the yo-yo. But hopefully I’m back on track and will continue to see more weight loss.
I’m trying to get to the gym, swim some lengths, go to spin class, and work out with my trainer.
Cruise is booked after Christmas so I’m really motivated to stick to my program.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
