I have been trying to keep “busy”. Eat healthy snacks and stay low carb. Got some jalapeño goat cheese, spicy cream cheese, cheese crisps, garlic stuffed olives, organic heavy creams, local eggs, restocked my almond meal, low carb veggies, kraut, pickles... not eating all of them in one day will be my challenge, maybe buying tons of my favorites was a mistake!!

I have been trying to “fast” as long as I can each day, but the last two days I had a burning in my stomach by 1pm. Which I don’t experience everyday... then today I woke up with that feeling. Does this mean I should eat a little something or try just sole water? I am a firm believer in “listen to your body” and “listen to your gut”... but I am not sure if this is part of the IV journey or a sign from my body. 🤷‍♀️

Welp, time to get up and at it and get things done today. HAPPY THURSDAY EVERYBODY!!!
