I took out a book from the library that was quite nice. I would not buy it because after awhile these books all seem the same to me It was by Leanne Vogel and called "The Keto Diet: A complete Guide to a High Fat Diet". Hope you like your books

liv001, I read somewhere that Leanne Vogel has specific advice for women on keto - did you glean any tips to share?

She seems to think that women has lower tolerance levels to carbs than men. that post menopausal women should stick to traditional keto and not try her suggestions of carbing up in evening that she is advocating for.

Thanks, liv001 - I tend to agree with that, at least for me. I am 62 and T2D, carbs anytime = blood glucose spike. I limit carbs to 20 g, also have to keep my protein in the low range (0.6 g per pound body weight) and watch total calories.
