Lol going into the last week of the month. This week is almost always a gain week or stay the same week. Didn’t expect to gain this over night tho 😳. Probably water retention as I didn’t drink enough the last two days. Either way I’m still down 3+ pounds for the month I think. 4 is my goal but 3 is okay I guess.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ah we all have those days my weight has been stable but up and down those partial pounds to a full pound no biggy. just get your liquids and all will stabilize

I figured that but I appreciate you both letting me know you think that’s it too! I ate more this week but not enough for this gain lol.
