Stayed on plan and down another 1/2 lb. Happy Thanksgiving to me!!! Dinner yesterday...turkey, keto cornbread, artichoke casserole, green beans and for dessert..keto coconut cake mmmmm, mmmm!
112.0 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Here it is Cody: https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/keto-cornbread A lot of people LOVE it. I LIKE it. But it ain't like grandma's cornbread! But its pretty close. It is more tender, like one made with white cornmeal and not the yellow corser meal that I prefer. But its still good!
