Still in a deficit even after increasing the calories, so the losses will continue for a bit until I stabilize 👍

I don’t wear my fitbit all the time as it’s charging 1/4 of the time. I can control my diet, whatever I lose through movement is just a bonus.

you have a healthy outlook Chris that is the same way I am now, not obsessed with actual weight and more on how my body looks. Hopefully I will be able to start back with my work in a week or two.
