did you figure out your rdi and reduce your calories from there to promote weight loss?? do you weigh your food and log everything so you know how much you are actually eating??

try some of this (one, some, or all of them)
*cut 500 kcal from RDI
*only consume 50 -60 ish carbs daily
or only fruit and vegetables as carb
*No meals after 8pm
* Water Water and Water.
*Cardio( add another day of it) .
Great for mental clarity
it just a tool help
but not always necessary

cut all sugar and refined carbs from your diet and eat enough protein. not eating enough food to fuel your body is not a good thing to do. your body needs protein to function. these basics will help. I saw you are not logging much in the way of any food. if you want to try fasting there are plenty of good suggestions for that safely and inbetween you eat well. and I agree with lots and lots of water

Yes I usually do 1200cal but brought it down to 800 for two days and added a different cardio workout to the mix and finally broke it thanks evildoer your help I appreciate it.
